Little Toorongo River is located just outside of Noojee, Victoria, Australia about 2.5hr from the CBD of Melbourne. We were camping outside of Noojee when we went to check out Toorongo Falls, a short there and back walk (or you can do a loop to checkout a couple more little waterfalls) the falls were beautiful but this scene caught my eye; using a tripod and long exposure I managed to capture this image.
